PECC was formed in 1993 by Charles Carter and Paul Emsley whose combined experience in the world
of Information Technology at that time totalled in excess of 30 years.
They were well aware of the paramount need to implement effective IT solutions that help to protect client's investment in technology and founded the company to do just that.

As PECC has progressed, close working partnerships with a number of reliable hardware & software suppliers,
maintance companies, cabling services, training companies etc. have been formed allowing PECC to supply
complete business IT solutions.

Formerly based in Bradford, PECC have been located in Batley Business Park since 2004.
